We only had a short stay here but loved it! The place was spotless, spacious, and so charming. The neighborhood is so peaceful. We really enjoyed walking the dog around the neighborhood and sitting outside on the patio. Airbnbs are hit or miss but this place is exactly as described and we didn’t have a single complaint. We will definitely be back!

This 1917 bungalow is full of character, with wood floors, vintage sconces, and solid glass-knob doors. The historic neighborhood of Craftsman homes adds to the charm. Added bonus was a nice park down the street. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Cargo District, with its great shops, breweries, and food options. Visiting Wilmington in the off-season gave us a real feel for the town, and we’d love to return to explore more. Our pup also had a great time in the fenced front yard—perfect for small dogs.
