The Neighborhood
CasaBunga is located in a thriving neighborhood of historic 100+ year old homes in an area of downtown Wilmington called Carolina Place and Ardmore. Here you will find thoughtfully restored bungalows, craftsman style, Greek Revival and Four-Square homes built in the early 1900's. Be sure to read all of the historic plaques on the front of many homes! You will experience some urban noise from vehicles and pedestrians as this is a downtown area. There are restaurants and bars and social areas surrounding this neighborhood. If you are not comfortable with this kind of exciting, hip and gregarious environment, then CasaBunga may not be the fit for you.

Wonderful house! Will definitely be staying here again. It was cute, spacious, cozy and just perfect! Felt like home away from home!

Dena’s place was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the location! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The surrounding area had so much character. We appreciated being able to park our car off the street and walk to everything. We enjoyed the screened in porch and backyard. We would stay again!
