This beautifully restored historic built in 1902 building is located in the heart of Downtown Wilmington, which means you’ll be surrounded by the energy, convenience, and walkability that make this area so desirable. As with any vibrant urban setting, some city noise is part of the experience. The owners have gone to great lengths to minimize noise and ensure a comfortable stay, including custom storm windows on all windows, white noise machines in both bedrooms, and earplugs provided for your convenience. That said, you may still occasionally hear sirens, motorcycles, or street noise, especially during evenings or weekends. If you are sensitive to sound or prefer a completely quiet, rural setting, this may not be the best fit. If you love being steps from downtown dining, nightlife, events, and the Riverwalk — and understand that city life comes with some background noise — this home offers an exceptional and thoughtfully prepared stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Perfect Daze condo at Carolina Beach. The condo was extremely clean, and the linens, towels, and beds were all very comfortable. Our daughter had the best time lounging on the giant bean bag — we may have to buy one now! It’s a super quick walk to the beach, and from the dining room and deck you can even catch the sunset over the canal. We especially loved relaxing on the deck, which has a really cozy couch that made it the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely love to come back again! 🌅🏖️
